Before the machine, there was the hand. Before the factory, there was the village – and the slow, patient work of turning fibre into something worth keeping. We still believe in that. We believe time is not the enemy of a good thing — it is the proof of one. That a small irregularity is the signature of a human hand. And that a maker deserves a name.
We make by hand where it matters, and say so honestly where it does not.

Every design is tested in our own stores before we offer it to anyone else.
You will deal with a small, named team — not a call centre. These are the people who answer your email, approve your sample and sign off your shipment.
Handmade varies. That is the point – but it cannot vary past what a buyer can sell. Our controls exist so the irregularity stays charming instead of becoming a claim.
If a design will not work in handcraft, or a date is at risk, you hear it from us first — before it costs you.
One rate card for everyone, reviewed twice a year. Materials and tools are never deducted from pay.
Master artisans are paid to teach. Skills move to the next generation instead of ending with the last person who knew them.
